Dr. Dianne Kraft: Discover...Dianne Kraft is currently a diversity education and curriculum specialist with this department, and is very happy and proud to be back at Texas A&M. She received her bachelor’s degree in history from the U. of Texas at Austin, but saw the error of her ways and received her Master’s degree in counseling psychology and her Ph.D. in adult education from Texas A&M.
For the previous five years she was teaching at the U. of Houston-Downtown, and before that she taught at Houston Community College, as well as the U. of Houston, with an emphasis in social psychology and human sexuality. She has also taught at A&M in adult education and women’s studies. Dr. Kraft will be talking to us about self discovery and how to discover our strengths as leaders as well as our strengths as a woman. 
Kirsten Dickerson: Create...
After a 15 year stint in California, Kirsten recently returned to her native state and planted roots in Austin, Texas, with her husband and two kids. Through her marriage to her best friend, filmmaker Brandon Dickerson, she developed a love for design creating the sets and wardrobe look for many of his projects. She and her family have traveled the world for film, humanitarian outreach, cross-cultural studies, and the adoption of their Chinese daughter. Motivated by a belief that each person is valuable and uniquely created, Kirsten is dedicated to empowering women to discover their full potential. The creative endeavors of Raven + Lily have given Kirsten a platform to connect her talented friends in the states with the amazing women she has met through her journeys around the world. This has become one of her greatest joys in life. Kirsten will be giving us her insight into her everyday life and how she helps women literally create themselves everyday.

She will be talking about radiating your leader within, empowering other women, and sharing her views on personal leadership and development.
